Project overview
Typeyard was commissioned to deliver the Commonwealth Ombudsman Annual Report 2024–25. Working closely with the department’s report team, we supported the project through concept refinement, planning and production, applying customised procedures and quality-assurance checklists to ensure all milestones were met. The final report was recognised by stakeholders for its clarity, consistency and overall quality.
